Returns You may return a product within 30 days of purchase. Products must be in original condition with all parts including instructions and packaging. If the item you are returning was received damaged or was shipped in error by M.D. Medical Supplies, we will reimburse you the delivery costs and return all shipping costs. For all other returns, the delivery cost and return shipping cost will not be reimbursed. Non-Refundable Products M.D. Medical Supplies cannot accept returns of personal hygiene products, opened packages of incontinence products, commodes, or bathroom equipment. 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEED. If a return is necessary, the following return policy is in effect: • Returns accepted on UNUSED products only. • Returns must be received within 30 days from the invoice date. • There will be no credit or refund for the shipping charges on the order. • Incontinence products must be UNOPENED and unmarked. • No returns accepted on special orders. • No returns accepted on nutritional supplements. • No returns accepted on items that have exceeded the expiration date. Warranty The Manufacturer's warranty for the product you have requested applies for all orders shipped to you. We strive for 100% satisfaction and will work toward that whenever possible. If the product arrives damaged or incomplete, the customer must notify M.D. Medical Supplies, Inc. within 48 hours of delivery. M.D. Medical Supplies, Inc. reserves the right to repair or replace the warrantied items at our discretion. Warranties do not cover: Tampering or altering of equipment, abuse, neglect, misuse or mishandling, damaged equipment, use of equipment for which it was not intended, equipment that has not been properly maintained, physical wear and tear, user error, batteries, light bulbs and cables. The customer must approve repair charges in writing before any non-warranty repair can be performed. The customer is responsible for freight or shipping charges for sending warranty items back to M.D. Medical Supplies, Inc. These charges may be reimbursed after the item can be evaluated and it is deemed reimbursable at our discretion.
